Automatic recognition

Whether you scan your paper document, you receive documents in your mailbox or you deliver them through an app; NAViDocs will recognize the documents automatically with the aid of OCR (Optical Character Recognition). It recognizes the structure of the file you entered. And what you want is what you get. In other words: your wish is our command.

Because of the self-learning ability of NAViDocs, the system will recognize more and more information. All features are exclusively configured for NAViDocs. Did the layout of the purchase invoice change? No problem for NAViDocs. Correspondence, transcripts, contracts, business cards. NAViDocs will process them all.

Custom-built processing

Since NAViDocs organizes everything centrally, you only have to enter your master data once which decreases the possibility of incorrect data. The additional advantage being that you can access your data always and everywhere in a simple manner.

After recognizing and checking the invoices, they’re automatically processed. During processing the ledger is also updated. Since stock management is part of NAViDocs, both cost invoices and logistic invoices can be processed by NAViDocs. Problem-free. If the deliveries are exceeded by the invoices, the system will alert you immediately. After processing, the invoices will be available in the digital archives, just like all other documents.

NAViDocs is an extra module (= Add on) that has been added on to Microsoft Dynamics NAV (formerly known as Navision). This fully-fledged ERP system replaces your current accounting system and offers you the additional possibility of registering purchase orders, managing stock and producing sales orders & invoices. Besides that also document approval, CRM (relations management), production planning, project administration, e-banking and possible service management are part of the system. There are also various linking possibilities with your web shop and the integration with Microsoft Office is standard.

NAViDocs can be used on site or in the cloud. It can be purchased as a complete package or be used for a fixed price per month.
